ServeOn Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by licensed insurance advisor Miriam Cervantes, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit serveonsolutions.com (the "Site"), contact us, or request help with insurance coverage.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.
- Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, date of birth, household size, and details about your health, income, or coverage needs when you fill out a form, request a quote, book an appointment, or contact us by phone, text, or email.
- Automatically collected: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring website, gathered through standard web logs and cookies to keep the Site working and to understand general usage.
- Third-party tools: our quote and appointment forms are hosted by JotForm, and appointment scheduling uses Calendly. Information you submit through those tools is also handled under their respective privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and provide the insurance guidance you request.
- To compare plans, check subsidy or eligibility, and help you enroll with an insurance carrier.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request and your coverage.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents.
- To maintain and improve the Site.
Phone and text message (SMS) consent
When you give us your phone number, you consent to be contacted by ServeOn Solutions by phone call and text message at that number, including through automated technology, regarding insurance products and your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you or as required by law, including with:
- Insurance carriers and their enrollment platforms, to request quotes and submit applications you ask us to submit.
- Government or marketplace systems (such as the Health Insurance Marketplace or Medicare), when you ask us to help you enroll.
- Service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you (for example, form and scheduling providers), under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
Protected health information
Some information you share may relate to your health. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to help you obtain coverage. We do not use it for any purpose you have not requested.
Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies needed to function and to measure general traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.
